The aim is to promote and maintain high quality care and inclusion for all children in eligible child care services, by building capacity and facilitating positive change in Child Care services that results in inclusive environments and enhancements to the quality of service provision.  CHILD Australia's PSC program is designed to deliver a coordinated approach to supporting children's services. The CHILD Australia PSC program provides professional development and support through a network of PSSPs, the Bicultural Support program, provision of resources and specialist equipment.  CHILD Australia PSCWA will develop collaborative approaches to respond to current and emerging professional development and support needs in the Child Care sector.

Professional Support Coordinator WA (PSCWA) is a program supported by CHILD Australia . The Australian Government, through the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR), funds the Professional Support Coordinator Initiative as part of the Inclusion and Professional Support Program (IPSP).
