A Music Class Educator runs Music Classes for 0-4 year old children. There are three possible levels that a Music Class Educator can achieve:-
Level 1 - Trainee
A person who is going for their Level 1 is in training for the first six months. Should all criteria be fulfilled at the end of your first six months, you will receive a Level 1 Certificate and be promoted to Level 2. You will need to:-
- Complete the 10 Start Up Steps
- Have Enrolment Kit templates provided to you for the first six months
- Record Week 9 of the first term on DVD to be viewed, assessed and passed by Leonie
- Successfully run music classes for a second term (total of six months)
Level 2 - Accredited
A person who is going for their Level 2 is in the second six months of their training. Should all criteria be fulfilled at the end of the first twelve months, you will receive a Level 2 Certificate and be promoted to Level 3. You will need to:-
- Adjust your own Enrolment Kit templates with guidance from Leonie
- Record Week 9 of the first term on DVD to be viewed, assessed and passed by Leonie
- Successfully run music classes for a fourth term (total of one year)
Level 3 - Trainer
Level 3 is designed for those who wish to take their own personal music education goals further. A person who has reached their Level 3 is capable of training potential Music Class Educators. To receive a Level 3 Certificate you will need to:-
- Have constant contact with Leonie regarding training process for new Educators
- Be teaching at least one regular 0-4 year old Music Class per week. This will provide opportunity for a potential educator to observe you conducting a Music Class and will also keep you active in your teaching
- Complete a training weekend on all books & CDs of the You Gotta Get Up series
- Follow the above steps for a Level 1 and Level 2 Music Class Educator
