2 cups plain flour; 4 tablespoons cream of tartar; 2 tablespoos cooking oil; 1 cup salt; 2 cups boiling water; food colouring. Mix liquids together first, then mix well with other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Keeps for several weeks in an airtight container in the fridge.
